 About InvolveHR

  Integrated HR Solutions

Our beliefs translate into a requirement for tailored HR solutions in the following critical areas:

  • Human Capital Strategy - an integrated approach to finding, managing, developing and rewarding staff, based on the specific needs and objectives of the business
  • Role Clarity - the optimal design of the organisation's structure, role families and roles to assure the achievement of business objectives and clarity as to individual responsibilities and performance expectations
  • Strategic Alignment - the achievement of strategic results by aligning organisational strategies to individual performance objectives
  • Capability - the assignment of people to roles which best match their knowledge, skills
          and competencies
  • Rewards - the allocation of rewards to teams and individuals based on their performance and contribution to business results

  Our Beliefs

We believe that business success is fundamentally dependent on the quality and effectiveness
of an organisation's Human Capital. Indeed, today there exists strong independent research
which confirms the direct links between satisfied and engaged employees, high productivity,
satisfied and loyal customers and ultimately, superior financial and operating performance.

We also believe that staff expect and are entitled to good management. We know from
independent research that among the most important drivers of satisfaction and engagement
are the employees' positive perceptions regarding the effectiveness of the company's HR
  programmes, particularly in relation to:

  • Performance Management - the extent to which employees understand what is expected of them (role clarity, accompanied by clear and measurable objectives) and believe that their performance is assessed in a fair, objective and consistent way
  • Capability Development - employees' perceptions of the support and opportunities provided by the company to enable them to develop the knowledge, skills and competencies needed for success
  • Reward - employees' perceptions regarding the attractiveness of their remuneration package and the fair distribution of performance-based awards
